Please feel free to ask for a price quote before applying!Materials and changes to the pattern will be discussed based on your character! Fabrics, threads, and other notions will be suited to your character. If you have specific minky or faux fur colours in mind, we can talk about that too.I'm happy to make changes to the pattern to suit your character, such as different ears and tail, even head shapes and muzzles! Just ask if you're unsure.Details like long fur, hair, piercings, accessories, many markings, specialty threads and the like will cost more.The mini option can have a keychain on it ♥

Plush and physical craft terms of service

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS.Check my Ko-Fi gallery for examples of plush!I take commissions on a case-by-case basis; if I feel something is out of my skill level or I wouldn't be able to make it for any reason, I might not feel comfortable taking on a commission.I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.To discuss a commission with me, simply approach me on whichever platform you are comfortable with your idea/references and we can talk! There is no commitment until you've paid.When we've settled what you want, you must pay up front using ko-fi and I will add you to my public queue on trello, and soon begin work!The process can take a long time, usually a few months due to having to order fabrics and other materials. Please be patient, but feel free to ask me for updates anytime!When we're happy with the result, I will ship the plush to you. Shipping costs are not included in the price.And when you have it, make sure to take pics if you want! I'd love to see the adventures you and your new pal will go on! ♥GENERAL INFO BELOW:

  • I try to work closely with you to make this something you'll love! Feel free to point out things you like or dislike when I send you a WIP (work in progress)!

  • I may work on multiple slots and post personal projects at the same time as working on your order, but if you feel I am not giving you updates in a timely manner, please reach out.

  • My skill level may restrict things I can do. While I do have my own patterns, I'm equally happy to work with premade patterns.

  • Feel free to approach me with a pattern you've seen for sale or for free, and we can discuss if I feel I could make it, or make modifications to it! You may have to cover the cost of the pattern if I don't already have it. Make sure the maker of the pattern is OK with commissioned pieces of their pattern.

  • I do not work with minors, you must be over 18 to get a plushie from me.

  • My plush are NOT TOYS and have not been tested for children.

  • Shipped products may have animal hair on them. Most likely dog, but could also be cat hair. Be aware of this if you have allergies!

  • Any plush made will be shipped from Denmark.

  • Shipping will have to be covered by you, average cost is around 40-50 USD for a small parcel, but can be more. (Ridiculous, I know)

  • Buyer is responsible for potential customs and import charges.

  • All my pricing is in USD. It's just easier for me that way.

  • Payment is up front using ko-fi.

  • Refunds can be discussed, but there will always be a fee depending on how much work has been spent on the commission already.

COMMISSIONING:
Make sure you have good, clear reference of the character(s) you want, from more than one angle.Before the plush is started, I draw a rough sketch of how it may look, based on your reference pictures. Please make sure to point out flaws and missed details at this stage. Anything that needs changing later that could have been caught earlier will incur a minor fee.I may ask a lot of questions, especially if something is unclear. Please be patient and reply when you can. If I'm uncertain of something, i will likely ask your opinion before committing to it.We will work closely together to select fabrics and other materials. Do note that colours will vary a LOT between pictures and real life!I am limited to the materials I can find, as well as to my personal skill level.WON'T MAKE:

  • Copyrighted characters

  • Extremely complex characters (such as mechs)

  • N S F W plush (dont even ask)

  • Huge plush (about 2 meters)

  • More may be added.

PLUSH CARE AND SAFETY:Plush made by me are not suitable for children under the age of 16. They are handmade items and have no safety testing. They may also contain small parts, such as loose plastic beads or metal wire.
To remove dust, use a dry cloth or lint roller. A lukewarm damp cloth can be used for spot cleaning. After spot cleaning, a clean toothbrush/tiny comb can be used to brush the fur in the direction of the pile/nap and then leave it to air dry.Not suitable for machine washing.
The items can be hugged and cuddled, but it might not withstand rough handling or tight hugs, because of the hand stitched parts.After the plush is received, I am not responsible for any damage. Repairs are another topic.

Art and digital work terms of service

By commissioning me in any way you agree to the following terms of service.1. Personal use only, no commercial usage. This can be discussed, and WILL incur a fee depending on the usage you need.2. Do not claim my art as your own. If posting somewhere, credit one of my socials (found on previous page)3. Wait time and turnaround can vary greatly. I try not to let anything sit for over a month, unless the commission is particularly complex or my queue was full when ordered. You are always free to contact me to give me a nudge if it's been a week or so without contact, but I'll do my best to keep in touch.4. Payment is up front. For bigger comms, I will gladly take 50% payment up front and then the rest after you've approved the sketch. The sketch may have a watermark.5. No refunds after I start working, unless I cancel your commission. Make sure you're committed when you pay.6. Changes can be made to any stage of the commission, but being extremely picky (and this is rare) may incur a small charge. This is mostly to protect me. If something is my mistake or I forgot something, it will never incur a charge.7. You will receive one or more PNG pictures, nothing physical. If ordering an animation, you may receive it in GIF or video format, depending on what you prefer. Resizing and cropping can be discussed.8. I currently only accept payment via Ko-Fi. (You can use paypal or card on there!)9. I reserve the right to reject or cancel a commission for any reason.10. No NFT (Non-fungible token) or crypto usage allowed.11. Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance. (This applies to any form of AI)
